After 2 month of crash diet
i have been weight training for last 3 month
So Far So Good

Breakfast:
Wheat Montana Healthy Loaf High Protein with Chia Seed, Egg, Walnuts, Low Fat American Cheese, Egg White.
Lunch:
Chicken Leg.
Dinner:
Deep Samosa, Egg, Egg White, Cucumber (with Peel).
Snacks/Other:
Red Table Wine .
