Very long day yesterday. Left house at 9:30am to head to church, lunch, visit with family, visit with Daddy (cemetery), grocery shopping, study youth lesson, work on virtual jigsaw puzzle, prepare for youth - getting snacks ready and materials for UMYF, youth Bible Study (love they are totally thinking about the lessons), pick up supper (taco salad and shell - inhaled), visit with Mom and eat supper, returned home literally 12 hours from when we left! Welcome to our Sundays!
This morning I could not get up. Will be doing 30 minutes of yoga tonight while baking chicken for the week and placing in portion containers for hubby and myself. Need to clean up house/kitchen/work on bills. Pray that I will have energy and motivation to do so. Might even take a romp on the elliptical, since I haven't done cardio in two weeks due to that crazy infection. Grrr.
Was disappointed that no change in belly size this week. Will try harder for next week.
Note: Tried new deodorant today - Degree movement -- every time I move, it releases fragrance. Every time I move, smells like I have wallowed in fabric softener. No kidding!
