After a week of eating better and doing 30 minutes exercise per day I lost 1 pound, I feel good, it's just the beginning since 6 months ago when I dropped everything. I want to loose 10 pounds by my Bday (10/31) so I just got me a good supply of veggies and good stuff and willing to increase 5 minuetes everyweek the exercise.
