Went to the docs on wed they congratulated me on losing 9 lbs in two weeks....it felt great they are so proud of me and want me to be a motivational speaker. However tonight I kinda went over board and had some taco bell. still didn't go over the amount of calories I am suppose to consume at my weight, and I did exercise and am about to again for an hour so I guess it's ok to have something different every now and then!
