Just have to be strong Lulu. When I make dinner, after everyone eats I immediately start packing it in the fridge so temptation is out of site. Also the tea thing again. ;) I've stuck with the rule. If I'm really hungry, I first have to drink 2 cups (or a big mug) of hot tea. Or 2 cups of water before I get something else to snack on after dinner. Sleepy time or Tension tamer tea after dinner is always nice. Has a rich soothing taste and calming. I don't know much about atkins, but you shouldn't skip a meal today because you had extra last night. Your body needs the nutrients and energy that each meal gives it.

Woot! Awesome. XD If you lived closer I'd say lets meet up and I'd give you a bunch of the flavors I have. When I see new kinds I get the 'I wonder what that tastes like' fever and buy some. XD Sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's blucky. Sooo I end up giving alot to my mother-in-law.

lulu, I am seeing fat free cheese and honey ham on your diet calendar. I am not an Atkins expert, but I know those foods are not on Atkins, lot's of sugar there and they go for the full fat cheeses, etc. I don't know if you have done this or not, but would suggest you go on www.atkins.com or buy one of the books about the plan and educate yourself fully about whatever course you choose. You need to make a plan w/achievable goals. You will get there hun, patience and plan will do wonders for you! My buddy Jada gave you some great advice on the tea, we both drink alot of tea, helps curb appetite and full of great antioxidants!

thanks for the advice!!the fat free cheese and deli ham are remnants of the diet i was on previously.so,i am making do with what i have in the fridge til tues. and eating limited portions-because some food is better than none.I have been on the atkins b4 and have had great results-so i know what i need to do to get there.but it wouldnt hurt to get a refresher course.i was on ebay last nite-to get the book(ebook) and recipes.but was thinking i might wait to get a hard copy instead.I do better when its in my hands and i can turn pages and dogear sections-Im old school like that.haha
