Well, 1/2 a lb. isn't much, but it's better than nothing. These last few lbs are proving almost impossible to take off. Very frustrating, but I need to keep focused and stay on track.
138.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay with it buddy. Keep that same tenacious drive for the last few pounds as you did when you began this journey. It'll pay off nicely. I can definitely see you making your goal very soon!
