Sooo Yesterday was a better day and I am feeling better about myself today!
Although I had a motherload of Astro's , I made a conscious desicion to buy them and eat them, I was craving it for 2 days and it was not on impulse.
Plenty of water & green tea and clean meals today to compensate - now I know that this can not be done daily as the sugar still has a negative effect, but for today that's what I will do :)
PS: removed Astro's from food Diary to see what the value of my actual food is :)

Also read yesterday that Discipline is like a muscle and we should see it as such, not as something we lack and something holding us back, as soon as you have that in your mind, every time you think of sticking your hand in the cookie jar, you think about that "muscle" that needs some training and suddenly it becomes a positive thing and not something that you use as an excuse / a way to bash yourself !
