so I got annoyed with myself and on a whim grabbed a family sized bag of Doritos (235g) and basically ate it for dessert last night. 150g of carbs right there. um ... ouch. but I still lost a pound last night. I shall not complain lol.

I did that a couple of weeks ago with Cheetos cheese puffs - usually considered by dietitians to be *the* absolute worst thing for anyone, not just weight loss attemptors (word? 🤷♀️) to eat. But they are my all time favourite cheat and once in a while I just gotta! I’m sure it slowed my progress but here I am, like you, still trying! Not the end of the world.
