I'm in a funk today & I really don't know why! I'm irritated & thinking about cheating. I know it's not worth the extra work-out or the guilt I'll have afterwards so maybe I'll just try and walk the frustration off. The weekend is almost here so I'll try to use that as a pick-me-up to get through the day....we'll see.
