Well its been forty days since last posting and it shows. Haven't lost an oz. Going to get back on track the summer will be here before we know it and I am nowhere where I wanted to be and I'm disgusted. I had a great plan going before the holidays and then all hell broke loss and I never returned until now. NOTE TO SELF: That heavy feeling you get in your chest could be your heart struggling to carry this weight so GET BUSY!!!!!
