I rarely ask, but at 68 my max HR is supposed to be in the 120s. I've been moderate working out in the 140 to 155 range. I'm used to this work out and keep doing more reps because I don't have the weights that I used to. if I buy some and add weight instead of reps, I might be able to keep my rate down. or need I worry?
