I feel so good! My weight loss isn't as much as previous months, but I think it's due to gaining lots of muscle mass!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.5 lb a week

Looks to me like you are doing fantastic!!! Keep it up! Be sure to take your measurements. You'll see changes there that are not always reflected on your scale. {{hugs}}

take pictures... and compare them to when you started... it is amazing how much the scale can NOT move and how much your body can change.
