So I have an injury from my 1/2 marathon (I Think), not sure what is going on but my whole left side of my left foot and ankle is swollen and is painful to walk on. At first I thought the pain was just soreness from the run but last night when I got home from work my foot and ankle were massive. Kind of scary, never had an injury like this before. Going to try to stay off of it as much as possible for as long as possible.
