How do you swallow big vitamins?
I can try that! Thanks for the idea. The worse culprit for me is the 1000mg Vitamin c horse pill. Bleh!

How do you swallow big vitamins?
My problem is half the time I vomit after taking vitamins even if I eat before. I still do it but for whatever reason my stomach does not approve. I figure its better than nothing and hopefully my body absorbs some of it.

are you a runner or a walker?
It took me about a month of walking before I started jogging a little. (Started in october) I would try to do a little more than I did last time and before I knew it I was running on a regular basis. I ran my first 1/2 marathon last week. I am still in awe of the fact that I enjoy running now after all these years of thinking I hated it.
