I have to say. It's been 7 weeks since I started my current weight loss journey with my wife, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I have lost 23.3 pounds, and she has lost 22.3. We are doing this together, to be healthy together, and to support each other. I do have to say that I was extremely excited to see the color change from red to orange when I recorded my weigh in last night. This is working, and I can't wait to see the finished product. Patience needs to be my friend now. Thank you to everyone who has supported and helped us. This couldn't have been done without everyone.
