Woke up feeling like crap today. My back hurts and I didn't lose any weight again. I'm not doing too good. Need some positive motivation to get back on track again...

Some days we just aren't feeling it you know. I usually need more sleep, more water, and some mental relaxation to get me back in the mood. I'm going slow, but steady, so I'm good with that. I could bust out in a cheer for if you'd like?! :)
