This is usually where (in my weight loss journey) I begin to get frustrated. I have tried losing weight before. I lose about 20 lbs and then it stops coming off. I work just as hard or harder and the weight stops. When I started losing weight I was 278, I am now 256 (22 lbs) and I have been for 2 weeks. I run 2 miles a day and eat well. It is very discouraging. Granted, last week I slacked off because I was on a short vacation from work and my sleep pattern was off but other than that I feel like this always happens. Does anyone else go through this?

Well out to enjoy the weather. :)

I've just been having this exact thing happening myself and am so glad that you shared about it.

Lots of people go through the same thing. But it's the people who don't give up that get to goal. You might need to add to your exercise routine. There are lot's of DVD's that can up your intensity and get your metabolism going (Jillian Michaels "the shred" is 20 minutes and works your butt off). Go through your journals and ask yourself if you are being completly honest about writing every BLT (bite, lick and taste) down. Are you getting in enough protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Have you tried eating 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones? Are you drinking water? Are you eating enough? Are you eating too much? Are you eating too many processed foods? Keep changing things up and trying new things to help keep you motivated. Some people don't see the scale move for months, than it starts moving again. All you can do is keep going and know that you are living a more healthy life. Good luck!
