Well I started fat secret a little over a year and a half ago at 214 lbs. and followed it regularly. I made it down to 189 in a few months. I felt great and I quit logging my food. I also quit weighting myself. Got on the scale last week and was 215 lbs. I am so pissed at myself for not sticking with it. I’m starting over again and won’t make the same mistake twice. Just wanted to say thanks to Fat Secret your app works well if used correctly. Good luck all and I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.
