ok I'm back!!!! going back on low carb/atkins type. That always seemed to help me. Granted I have to be careful adding carbs back in. I am VERY carb resistant. But being Italian heritage I blame the cheese, pasta, breads! So NONE of those will be on this plan. I have to see how to change my diet plan on this site, Found it :-)

Welcome back..yes the bread, cheese and heavy carbs will do it..
I myself am on Atkins and I eat cheese but not of the other mentioned.
Do not touch pasta, rice, bread, or any form of white flour or sugar period.
and it is working for me...good luck with your journey and just remember one thing..YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

That is the plan that works for me. Not only do I lose weight, but my joints don't hurt. I'll keep you in my prayers for positive results/thinking!
