It's 2:00 and I'm JUST NOW sitting at my desk and cramming lunch down my throat! This just might be the BEST CHEF SALAD I've ever eaten!!!!!

Sounds good. Tonights a late school night so I might have to have one for dinner. Right now I am eating (1pm) fajita steak meat, grilled onion and bell peppers. Oh, and I had a salad about 30mins ago.

I always chop up a hard boiled egg and vary my veggies. Some time asparagus, cucumbers, a couple cut up cherry tomatoes, red and green peppers. What ever I have in the frig. My meat is either chicken, tuna, or ham. I've also done the left over chicken fajita on lettuce with salsa and sour cream. Yummy.
