So it's going to be slow and steady....I can handle that! This time around on Atkins, I'm LEARNING to change my lifestyle....and it's working!
158.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1790 kcal Fat: 136.09g | Prot: 94.68g | Carb: 51.34g.   Breakfast: whipped cream cheese, whipping cream - Winn Dixie, splenda, One Minute Flax Meal Muffin. Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Sauce, cheese, Ground Beef. Dinner: Natural Colby & Monterey Jack Marbled Chunk Cheese, Cucumber (Peeled), Chunky Garden Combination Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other: blue diamond smoked almonds. more...

that's awesome, especially since.. . hu-hum :-) If I even cheated a little I'd gain like 5 lbs.!

NO NEED TO MENTION THE HU-HUM!!!! Just kidding! I was pretty shocked - did NOT want to step on the scale this a.m.!
