Just wanted to share a recipe I made up tonight that was deelish!
Romaine lettuce Cucumber Green onions Cilantro 6 shrimps 1/4 pd leftover pork loin cut into strips 1/2 cup rice noodles (cooked then run under cold water to cool) 1/2 tsp fish sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1 TBS of peanut sauce
Fantastic and very WW friendly.
