Seriously, I have fallen off the wagon, under the wagon, beside the wagon and all over the wagon. I'm not doing good at all. I'm not starting over, so I'm just gonna try and do better. We exercised last night and I'm gonna try and do some later, but my eating has sucked. I am controlled by my emotions:(

We all make mistakes, that is why we are born human, to learn from our mistakes..... so keep trying until you get it right.. never give up on yourself.. God isn't giving up on you! The very best advice I can give you is stop having the junk foods so handy.. Don't buy them anymore and never have them in the house because you will keep going after them. After some time to adjust, I promise that you won't miss them. When your body is used to the sugar you crave it... once you start eating healthy you don't crave the bad stuff anymore, you crave healthy good foods! :)
