OMG!!! I get so hungry at night around the 9-11 hours. That's when I really have to hold myself from binging on whatever I can get my hands on...lol. Anyone have any tips to help with this?

If you know you get hungry at a certain time each night, then plan for it. Save some of your calories and have a healthy snack (prtein based keeps hunger at bay). A cheese stick and apple or a small bowl of high fiber cereal is great.
