If you want to curb hunger and have some success not over eating, it can help to have a higher fat intake (avocado, butter etc). Try to keep 2/3 calories from fats and 1/3 from protein. buy some coconut oil and put it on a smaller piece of meat for lunch. 3 cups of greens have like 20 calories (super low carb, high fiber), make a salad with a big burger patty, and use avocado+coconut oil in a dressing.
