WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY!!!



Pretty good. Down to 182.4. The proof is in my image even though the 4 got cut off. I really like seeing the line in my weight history chart go down.
Here's the thing though; I stopped being so vigilant in just about everything. I stopped journaling my food. I haven't been drinking more than the recommended 64 ounces of water per day and some days it's less than that. I have cut down on my veggie consumption which in turn has lowered my carb intake. I do get some carbs from the tablespoon of natural peanut butter with splenda and cinnamon that I eat almost everyday. Having that little concoction really curbs my appetite and cinnamon supposedly has some mystical weight loss properties. I've been drinking almond milk in my coffee instead of half and half or whipping cream, although I've run out of it and did use whipping cream in my coffee this morning so it has a nice oil slick on the surface. I also haven't been walking at all other than at my new job and honestly that requires very little effort.
All of that being said, my measurements have not changed much in the past week. I seriously hold no stock in my measuring abilities.

Chest--41" -- 40.5" -- 39.5"--38" -- 38" -- 38"

Waist--36.5" -- 35" -- 35"--34" -- 33" -- 34"

Hips (ugh)--45.5" -- 44" -- 44.5"--44" -- 44" -- 43"

Left Thigh--27" -- 27" -- 27"--26" -- 26" -- 25"

Left Upper Arm (the guns)--13" -- 12.5" -- 12.5"--13" -- 12.5" -- 12.5

Total loss this week: 3.6 pounds and 1 inch.

What I'm grateful for:
A wonderful, handsome, funny, brave, strong, kind, smart, genuine, clever, gentle, supportive husband
The discovery of unsweetened almond milk
A comfy bed on my day off
An 11.6 pound weight loss in 6 weeks

Good job lady! It's mysterious, but celebrate anyway... could just be at the last weigh in your body was holding onto some water or something.

My measurments have been the same since November so I just quit measuring for now. I also quit recording my food, and just eat when Im hungry. I obviously watch what I am eating but I am not like a food nazi (sorry if that offends anyone) with myself anymore. Congrats on the loss thats huge!

WOOO-HOOO!!! Great Job. Exactly how this weight loss works seldom makes much sense to me, but seeing that loss & those inches has got to feel good!!! Celebrate & do something good for just you!!

Pix-I hope I don't have any buddies who are Nazis! Lol!!! I think it just goes to show that our bodies cannot be coerced into doing anything that they don't want to until they are good and ready. They are a little bit like husbands/significant others in that regard.

Well I would hope not but you never know lol. My body tends to act like the red-headed step child that is locked in the closet (haha there I go again) it misbehaves until I actually pay attention to it and then it does really good things. I think I really need to pay more attention to what it says.

Woo-Hoo, you go girl. Certainly sounds that you have relaxed and look at you goooooo! I just found Unsweetened Almond Milk myself, only 1 carb for a glass, outstanding for the java. Have a wonderful day.

Congrats on continuing to lose. I also heard that cinnamin is supposed to help with weight loss but not sure how! Love how grateful you are for your husband - mee too (for mine - lol). Oil slick on coffee sounds so unattractive - I take mine black, fully leaded!
