Good morning everyone! I hope all is well in the health department. Thank you for all the comments and support! I hope the day is not too cold (if you live in SA you know what I mean ;P). As I'm moving forward with my own goals I thought of this and wanted to share it with all of you. We look around us and we see these fitness models with their lean bodies, and obviously we aspire to be like them and as such we criticize ourselves for not looking like them and we feel like we're wasting our time in the gym and with our eating plans. Don't make that mistake! We are human, it's in our nature to want to look good, but at what cost? Those models whether male or female has been doing it for years, to most it's not just a lifestyle but a way to earn a living. Shaping your body takes time and we all like a iceream or two now and then ;) but just keep in mind that those models are there to inspire us and not demotivate us and make us criticise how we look and how our progress is going.
