Okay, so I've been abcent for some time because of stress and preparation with one last exam I had to complete. I've not been eating the way I should and that frustrates me but this morning I woke up and ate good and went to the gym. It's really surprinsing to see what the effect of just eating right can do! Well its great to slowly get back on track, it's hard work all the way from here on out. I hope all of you are well and staying motivated! Have a great day and remember stay healty, stay active and stay sexy!

Wow what a horrable day! I woke up feeling like the undead but seeing as this is how most of my mornings go I didn't take any notice. Untill I got in the gym, all the power just drained out of me and I got this really bad feeling on my tummy. Turns out I had a little tummy bug and it forced me to stop my training which sucks couse I really need the training to let me take my mind off things... Well let's hope tommorow goes better and I hope all of you had a better day than I did and have a great day tomorrow! Peace!

Getting warm by burning some fat at the gym! Good idea, great idea! But resisting hot muffins and bacon that's another story! Hope all of you are warm and active and yes fighting the urge to eat warm treats counts haha! Peace!

Good morning everyone! I hope all is well in the health department. Thank you for all the comments and support! I hope the day is not too cold (if you live in SA you know what I mean ;P). As I'm moving forward with my own goals I thought of this and wanted to share it with all of you. We look around us and we see these fitness models with their lean bodies, and obviously we aspire to be like them and as such we criticize ourselves for not looking like them and we feel like we're wasting our time in the gym and with our eating plans. Don't make that mistake! We are human, it's in our nature to want to look good, but at what cost? Those models whether male or female has been doing it for years, to most it's not just a lifestyle but a way to earn a living. Shaping your body takes time and we all like a iceream or two now and then ;) but just keep in mind that those models are there to inspire us and not demotivate us and make us criticise how we look and how our progress is going. "Legends are not born, they're built, with hard work and dedication." - Arnold Schwarzenegger. You are all legends for working hard. Stay healthy, stay active and stay sexy all!
