well... I did my walk(up hill both ways - 2 miles with my 100 lb double stroller- yesterday and I did my swimming(45 minutes of actual strokes and exercising)- my arms are KILLING me and my calves have sworn revenge - but I got to my original goal weight while eating hotdogs, nachos, pasta salad and summer cake (all my favorite things)... knowledge is power. I knew if I over compensated on exercise I could eat what I wanted and I actually lost weight doing it. I never knew I could eat and lose weight. it's gonna be a good day!
