I am 23 years old and *technically* at a healthy weight....but I am sick and tired of carrying extra weight in my stomach and lovehandles....I have fluctuated from 119 lbs to 137 lbs within the past 4 years and would like to stay consistently at 125. I am very active and go to the gym and like to lift weights a lot, but I need the extra push to do cardio. I will start INSANITY in 2 weeks (because you need to be in good enough shape to be able to physically do those workouts). A weakness of mine is that I eat emotionally--when I'm stressed out or have a lot on my mind. I live in FL and am trying to become a professional golfer. Although I am very greatful that my parents are giving me this incredible opportunity to pursue my dreams--this process isn't easy and it's an uphill battle...and that's probably why I come home and tend to overeat.
