Tomorrow I should see a change in the scale! I'm counting on it. The weather was nice so we are able to walk 1.8 miles outside. I'm going to finish my 3 mile a night on the treatmill (only have to walk 1.2 on it) and then ride another 10 on my recumbent bike I think.
