Whew, this calorie cycle thing is tough! But weigh in is today and I'm pretty excited about it! I know I'll gain some water weight back from the sodium I plan on taking today, but I don't mind the idea of gaining some to lose more. >_<
134.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
