I had a great Father's day with my wife, kids, and 2 of my grandkids, plus celebrated 2 birthdays. It was a gorgeous day, we spent the afternoon at a park by a lake. I played basketball with my grandson, then later on we had a water balloon battle that lasted a couple of hours. It was great to be running around like a kid. Enjoyed a couple of burgers, a beer, and a small piece of birthday cake but even so kept calories just a little above my RDI. I'll make up for it over the next couple days. I'm blessed to have all 3 of my girls living close by and be able to do this. Life is good.
