Yesterday I went a little crazy with the sweets, but I couldn't help it, my body was craving sugar. I feel like over the past two weeks I have done so well with my RDI and in vs. out calories that I'm not going to beat myself up over this minor hiccup of a day. On a bright note I woke up early this morning and worked out again. Every day is becoming easier and easier. I hope my belly ring doesn't hurt tomorrow because all the INSANITY jumping and bouncing is KILLING me. At any rate I'm gonna "PUSH THROUGH" as Shaun T would say. :-)
