Well, not really a big surprise.
I lack consistency and I am trying to fix that now.

I want to stop reading crap about this diet and that all over the net, I want to stop obsessing and letting it rule my life... I want to be healthy and make the best choices I can regarding food and nutrition.
Maybe it'll help, maybe not !

Not happy, but hey, It's my own fault and my own responsibility to fix it !

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 June 2014:

ok so wat u gained, pls remember that you did start intense training and this could all be the build up of muscle :) so dont knock bash on urself for it k :) kwl :) glad we've got an understanding there lol :)

Muscle does not build so fast, maybe my body is still adapting... will see after 4 weeks. But I don't know... I know I don't eat perfectly and I probably eat too much as well. Should just be more consistent and stop trying to change the way I eat cause I read something. Maybe I'll just be fat forever, who knows :)

no trust me muscle pops on very quickly, but it comes on as a blob of mass that needs to be cultivated into sumthing worth looking at so if u having doubts then give urself the benifit of the doubt, the more u keep working at it the toner those muscles will look and the faster ur resting metabolism will be, DONT WORRY about weight now, just focus on ur healthy eating and sticking to this exercise program, it will do u good

Thanks, I will not give up with the exercising, starting to have fun with it and only now starting to survive the classes so I am not giving up. Also starting jogging today with my "Jogging buddy" ... As I said , they normally say after 4 weeks you might start seeing a difference in your body so I will give it the time and will certainly stay in the fitness classes ... But ya. I stayed off the scale so long just to see gaining... But I will stay off it for longer and gve my body some time and hope for the best! Thanks :)

good good im glad :) postive shiz will start happening....im scared to go back to gym LOL ive just been doing stairs everyday at work, roughly equal to about 15-17 flights a day, but yor not smaak for that arm pain and chest muscle pain :( its demotivating me so badly

Shy, my turn to hound you... Ibiza has a slight point. It may not be muscle, but your muscles have expanded from the exercising etc - which they aren't used to. You could look at it in a sense of them being 'swollen'. Don't beat yourself up at all, and remember to drink lots of water to flush out any excess sodium and/or sugar in your system as that causes bloat, and bloat tells lies on the scale. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! Do not let a scale tell you otherwise!!
