Okay, as the end of the scale-down challenge is nearing (26 days!!) I feel myself struggling to keep up the speed of weight loss.

I am now trying calorie cycling. 1500 one day and then 2-3 days of 500-600 (so the average is 750-800), I heard that calorie cycling helps keep your metabolism up (but makes you feel hungry more often so you have to have willpower). So far it looks like it'll work! Although its scary to see the scale jump up, if I have to gain 5lbs to lose 10lbs, I'm okay with it!

So far, I'm not letting my team down, but there are people on the challenge losing an average of greater than 3% a week! How do they do it!? I'm struggling for 2.5%...

I know I'm being unhealthy and the calories are so low I'm doing a lot less at the gym (when I first started I went everyday, but ate like 1300 cals) but I think the break is actually helping...I heard its good to exercise when hungry and then eat your meal within 90 min after a workout...maybe I'll try it!

Current loves: Tofu mayo and chopping up shirataki to add to my rice when cooking. It's amazing what low cal things you discover!
