There is terrific advice in the books and at the Atkins.com website on how to transition to OWL. You don't have far to go to your goal, and you will be learning what you can, and can't add to your body for weeks, and months to come, even into maintainance. Take your time, and go SLOW! Start w/ extra veggies...and go do some reading! Good luck to you. (afterall, you do want a lifestyle change, not a 'diet' mentality, right?)
