Kenna Morton's Journal, 17 July 2021

Dinner is one of those meals I’m not even going to try to record. Tasty things I don’t even know what they were but I know they were over the top.— with a large variety of fresh fruits. Dessert was again an array of fruits, and an amazing spice cake. Oh well, tomorrow, continue on as usual but make meals a little on the lighter side. I’m hiking in the morning with a group of friends and swimming in the afternoon with another friend. No binging or self recrimination required. It’s just one meal out of one day out of many weeks and months and I hope years, of my life.

The good news is that weight this morning continues stable. Not affected by my strangely delicious dinner last night. Off to go hiking now

Woot! enjoying amazing meals on a regular basis while watching what goes in the majority of the time is the key to healthy living. Great attitude!

MeltMyGut— Healthier eating most of the time and less than healthy choices or choices less conducive to achieving ones goal or maintain ones desired weight, just once in a while. It has worked for me for a very long time.

I love that approach to eating Kenna. I've lost over 30 pounds so far this year and I'm starting to allow myself some more slack days in there. It really takes the edge off. Glad your doing well and having success with maintaining a healthy balance!
