I have made some changes here based on what realistically fits into my life. I can't count calories. It was driving me insane. I am now focused more on just eating clean, whole foods and not binge eating or overstuffing myself. I've also started the Couch to 5K plan, and will be signing up for a 5K that happens in my town each May. Another big part of my plan is to stay out of restaurants as much as possible, since I noticed a 3lb weight gain during Valentine's week, when my husband and I got lazy and ate restaurant food nearly every day.
I also changed my goal weight, because I realized with the way my body is structured, 120s would be too thin for me. I looked a picture of myself when I was around 135-140, and I was thin. Remembered that those jeans I was wearing in the photo were a size 2. I don't really need to get that small. I would be happy to go from my current size 10 to a comfortable 6 and stay there.
