I'm actually looking forward to going to the gym tomorrow. I weigh in on Wednesday after dieting and exercising 7x a week for 2 weeks. The only time I slipped up was Chineseeeee- my weakness, but I was good. And then an oreo flurry from McDee's. Other than that its been healthy healthy healthy. I'm expecting to have lost a few pounds by Wednesday, if not I'll prob be pretty disappointed. It I do loose a few pounds I am being treated to my favorite ice cream parlor... in moderation. still yum =]
I'm trying to slow down while I eat and stop when I'm full. I did well tonight and didn't finish all the food in my bowl because I didn't need to which is a good feeling. I like that feeling when you know you're stomach has shrunk and you get fuller quicker; and then having the will power to actually stop! I also don't go anywhere without my water bottle.
Wednesday I may start taking my multi vitamin again- sometimes they make me sick. Or I may start taking these caffeine thing type pills. They're called Arson for anyone who's heard of them? I'm pretty sure they're pretty safe and only plan on taking them until the bottle runs out. Hopefully it'll give me the bolt I need / fat burner... whatever it is, hopefully it helps me loose weight.
