Ok ok the light bulb is on,and this is real. I have to go back on my BP meds and now have a stree test to see if my heart is ok...im not even 40 and because of my dumb food choices i have created this blob of a mess...
Time to smarten up and remember, health and happiness go hand in hand...until next week...hoping for 262 :)
