back down to lowest weight, it sure is good to see the scale going down again ;)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1694 kcal Fat: 120.57g | Prot: 115.94g | Carb: 37.32g.   Breakfast: cream half and half, cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Lunch: cream half and half, coffee, canola oil, Asparagus Stir Fry, ground turkey. Dinner: Shiitake & Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing, shrimp, black olives, feta cheese, lettuce. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup, almond breeze, roast beef, kroger mayonnaise, Cheese Sticks, pepperoni, cream cheese, celery. more...
losing 2.3 lb a week
