why am i staying so hungry .. im trying to follow program....:(

I was that way for the first three days but now I am not hungery and having to force myself to eat

Looks like you may not be getting enough calories and fat. Also, the foundation veggies are vitally important to helping you feel full as well. Remember 12-15 of your net carbs should come from foundation veggies. When you add more veggies and up your fat a bit, your calories will increase; generally 1500-1800 is a good start, they can always be tweaked later if necessary. On each day's food diary, there's a place on the top to click whether the foods are "some" of what you're eating or "exactly" what you're eating. Try your best to log everything to be able to click the "exactly" selection. When there are foods that are missing, it's more difficult to find the culprit for hunger, stalls, etc. Good luck.

I just looked at your diet calendar and the last 3 days you ate very few calories I know I would be very hungry if I was only eating such a small amount. I found it very helpful to look at other peoples diet calendars to see how they are doing and check the weight loss and see that at the higher calorie intake seems to be the greater weight loss. Also much easier to stick to. Unless of course you are not tracking all your food. I am finding I am not hungry at all. I know I sometimes fancy something quick and easy I am hungry as I have gone too long between meals. Enjoy the ride.......it will be so much fun at the end
