tan-per if you eating 1300kcal a day not good.. i still believe we need 1700 -2000 a day. need all micro and vitamins.. i eat sometimes 3000 to 3500 kcal a day.. im a runner of course, i can tolerate..

piggy-winkle eat lean cheese almost no fat in.. this mean maybe taste wise not suit every one.. I seen in Paula cooking and never find in SOUTHSHIELDS..

And very very very slow metabolism be bloated af if I eat all that.. currently on 1400 ... Sometimes go bit over so between that and 1600(on a very 🐷day)
