What a whirlwind week this has been! Work is crazy...so glad it's almost Friday!! :-)
I've been doing pretty good with journaling everything that I eat so I'm happy about that. Weigh in tomorrow so we will see what happens. I have noticed that my ankles and feet have been swelling a lot. I know some of it is probably due to the heat but what is causing this...am i not drinking enough or drinking too much?
