I feel so darn good!! I did an upper body workout with weights this morning + walked 20 minutes on the treadmill.
The scales read 175.6 this morning. I know I am about to be on weight roller coaster because anytime I start weight training I gain weight initially. I'm familiar with that process and it doesn't freak me out. I know my body is retaining more water as it works on repairing muscle fiber. I'll just document my weight here once per week.
I don't want to track my exercise on this site because it's so annoying!! MyFitnessPal is much more user friendly, I hate to say...
I prefer to track my food on Fatsecret, I love the graph that shows me my fats, carbs and proteins in a pie chart!!! That can't be beat. What to do, what to do? Track in two places?
