Yesterday was bad carbs day, simply could'n and didn't wont to resist a chocolate and bigger lunch portion. I spent day running around a plant, from 8 hours, may be 2 hours were in slower mode (sitting and standing), then I walked to my house-another 1,5 hour of walking, so I guess I could afford that kind of food for one day... I'm just worried that my motivation in slightly going down...

And that is only human! You are doing spectacular! Don't be hard on yourself….do you have a Fibit or something like it? I bet yours goes off the map from all of that walking, exercise and working! I was an outside sales rep, and when I sold tools, I crossed many a plants…they are HUGE! People that have to cross plants all day get a TON of exercise in!

Puhpine, well I have to get back on the track, so it will work :) MRsRatfire, I don't have any products from fitbit, but I know I get well tired at work, and I climb through the stairs, a lots of stairs through day, but I thing problem is eating at home, when I'm resting, so that is the thing I have to change... Deb_N, I have to try harder, I guess, that is what my scale told me :) Thanks for support! :)
