i was very happy to see i lost that much. i weighed myself yesterday and actually had gained 2 pounds. last night was pretty rough for me cause i have 2 kids and a husband that i have to feed good food to and you dont realize how much you love food till you have to cut up bbq chicken for your kids. i just about cheated but remembered what Dr. Ian had said in his book "if you cheat your only cheating yourself". I stuck to it though and had very good results today, better than i thought anyways! WOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
