Swam yesterday. As a teenager/early twenties I used to swim regularly, but after a while, it lost its appeal. Well, that appeal is back! I was in the water for 2 hours, actively swimming for 45 minutes doing different drills - and it was SO refreshing! The rest of the time, I was trying to get my husband to float. That man has lead legs... poor guy :S

Swimming is an AMAZING workout. Great job on getting back into it. If you vary your stress relief, you will keep at it. Remember to fuel your body with unprocessed foods too - good luck!

I am pretty much a FISH. Swimming is such great exercise and I LOVE that there's no discomfort of sweaty or ill fitting workout clothes :)
