I don't like water, and if I get through one bottle of water a day, that's a lot. This is my trick to drink more than one bottle, and I'm up to three 16 oz. bottles now. I bought these little bottles of liquid water enhancers that have been a great help. They're about $2.00, and 1/2 a teaspoon adds a nice flavor to the water. I add a different flavor to each bottle and refrigerate them so I'll be ready for the next day. And they're zero calories and zero everything. The other powders add 10 calories, but I never drank more water using those. If you don't like water like me, try these water enhancers. I buy mine at Aldi and Walmart for about $2.00. They're available for under $3.00 at your grocery store, and Amazon seems to be about $3.25 each.
